Tasting notes: Intense strawberry Rosé color. Aroma sa red fruits (strawberry, cherry, raspberry), but the multitude of aromas given off is infinite. Taste balanced, fresh and fruity. Pairing: Roasted pork knuckle, roast lamb, veal cutlet, baked lamb, veal tongue and sweetbreads, tripe or chickpeas, shredded beef, carpaccio of beef or veal, veal chops grilled chops of seasoned fries.
